Whenever we feel that everything in life is against us, its important for us to understand that even during these times, God is for us.
We are constantly being called to return to the first love we had with God through active obedience to Him and return to His truths and promises.
We can go where God has called us to go and trust he’ll meet us along the way, or we can return to our place. Which will it be?
God is constantly wanting to move us farther from an impersonal to a very personal relationship with Him.
God uses imperfect people. In fact, he often used messed up people like us to accomplish His purposes. Pastor Curt continues his series on the life of Jacob with a message titled, “Birth of a Nation.”
God does not bring difficult people or circumstances into our life to hurt us – but to transform us because He loves us.
Sometimes God uses small and insignificant things to reverse our own efforts, in order to work out His perfect plan for us.
Sometimes we have to “stop, look, and listen” in order to hear God and realize that He is with us.
Waiting on God and being still are not exactly common practices today. Pastor Curt looks at lessons we can learn from the life of Jacob. Turn to Genesis 25:27.
